Fig Delight
1 bag of Semi Dried Figs
1 bag of walnuts
½ Cup of wine – Riesling
2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
5 Tablespoons of Honey
Method
Place semi dried figs and walnuts into pie dish
Heat fluids till honey dissolves and poor over fruit and nuts
Cook in moderate oven for 20 minutes until soft and serve with Cream, Ice cream and or Greek Yoghurt. Just Yummy
