Luscious Rocky Road
Ingredients
- 2 Large Kit Kats broken into small pieces
- 200 grams of marshmallows
- 1 small can of sweetened condensed milk 397 grams
- 1 Large bag of maltesers
- 2 large blocks of plain milk chocolate
- 300 grams of traditional Turkish delight (can be purchased from the reject shop)
- 1 Bag of peanuts 500 grams or so depending on your taste - or nuts of your choice
Method
- Melt chocolate in double saucepan making sure not to get water in the chocolate mixture
- Break the Kit Kat fingers into pieces and use a damp pair of scissors cut the marshmallows into small pieces
- Add the condensed milk, Kit Kat, maltesers and the marshmallows into the chocolate mixture and stir to mix well
- Spoon the mixture into a lined tin and level the service of the. Place the tin in the fridge to set.
- Use a warm sharp knife cut into small pieces.
